So why go on if I carry all of this cynicism? On my lucky days, I find rare pockets of kindness and respect where I don't expect it, like galaxies in between long stretches of the cold emptiness. This world, our metaphorical universe, is seemingly infinite. It piques my curiosity and makes me want to search for more galaxies, even if it means traveling through more empty space and dark matter.

Hopefully, I will find stability in a seemingly unstable universe.

This is a melodic variation of "The Veldt" by deadmau5. I seemed to find more artistic meaning in the original track than most, especially with its artistic origins, and I strove to turn the melody around into a message of my own. This seems to be it. It's hard to really call this track a "song." It's more like an emotional outburst in audio form. If Jackson Pollock made tonal music,

The audio samples are from "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington," a good movie for ANY era in time. I do my best to look beyond the original political context (because, let's face it, American politics are BEYOND lost causes) and to apply it to life. Some day, I'll see it pay off in both the short run -and- the long run.
