I don't know what it is, but the hip-hop/dubstep hybrid, which I often find through The Joker or Matty G, finds me when I'm depressed. The source of my depression? The end of my freshman year in college. I had to make an extended stay until that weekend, and I had to watch all of my neighbors and friends leave. I experienced one of the most depressing nights of my life during that stay. When days feel like weeks, loneliness hits you like a bullet train, you begin to ask the big questions, and the wanted as well as unwanted memories start stabbing at your conscience. This track helped make the experience more bearable.
